IFBF 2012 : Registration
On line registration is now open.
All presenters and delegates will need to register for the conference. There are discounts for advanced registration and we are able to offer reduced registration fees for delegates from recognised academic institutions.

The discounted early registration fee closes on Friday 16 March 2012.
The registration fee includes admission to IFBF 2012, refreshments, lunch and attendance at the Conference Dinner on 26 June and conference literature. PLEASE NOTE: Delegates are responsible for organising their own travel, accommodation and insurance costs.
Accommodation
We are not managing accommodation bookings. Delegates are responsible for organising their own accommodation and rooms are being held for the IFBF 2012 at the conference hotel – the Sheraton Arabellapark Hotel, Munich. A preferential rate of €139 per night (room only) for a Superior room and €204 per night for a Club room (includes breakfast and other amenities) is available to IFBF 2012 delegates. Registration, refund and cancellation policy
In order to reduce our administration costs, we prefer all registration to be made through our website using the secure weblink. When you register for the forum you agree to make payment for one or more delegates who will attend. A delegate place is transferable between members of the same company or institution, except that a delegate who is offered a discount (academic or otherwise) may only transfer the delegate place to someone who is also eligible for the discount.
If you wish to cancel your place and seek a refund please note that there is a minimum 25 % cancellation fee to cover our administrative costs. For cancellations less than 21 days before the conference the cancellation fee is 50%. After 10 working days before the meeting no cancellations will be accepted. All requests for cancellations must be submitted in writing. It may take up to 7 working days for a refund to be processed. For further information please see the "contact us" section of the website.
In the unlikely event that we have to postpone or cancel the Forum, we will either refund fees or carry thorough the registration to another event, with the agreement of the registrant.
Your contract with us will be an English contract under English Law.
Privacy Policy
When you visit our website your IP address is recorded so that we know how many visitors have taken an interest in the IFBF. We do not use cookies on the site.
When you register with us, you supply your personal details and the details of your company. These will be retained as we would like to keep in touch with you and let you know details of future events and services which will be of interest. If you do not wish us to hold this information, please inform us so that we can remove you from our list. We do not sell your information. The names and contact details of those registering for the conference will be made available to all other delegates unless you tell us otherwise.
If you wish to change or correct your contact details, please let us know.
When you register for the conference using our secure web link, your financial details are used only for that transaction and are not retained.
Should you wish to register by other means, such as direct bank transfer or cheque, your financial details will be held for as long as necessary to ensure that the transaction is complete.
